Our Goal for a positive Football season is teamwork,
dedication, friendships, and family.
Practice Starts 8/8/2011
**Practice will be held at Jacobs Road Elementary School.
This is change from previous plans**.
Make sure all players are prepared for practice. They should be wearing shorts, t-shirts, cleats, and bring a water bottle.
You still have the opportunity to register to play. Rosters are not full. Show up to any of the below practice times to register.
Practice times are as follows:
Flag Team: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6pm – 730pm
Minor, Junior, Senior Team: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-8pm.
FEES:
Flag Football (ages 5-7) $110.00
Minor, Junior, and Senior (ages 7–14) $160.00
JAA Membership Fee $ 10.00
Make sure to go to the forms section at jacobsroadaa.com/forms and download
the JAA membership form, 2011 Football Sign Up, CQL Registration form.
Forms will also be available on site during registration.

Coaches will give the days and times depending on daylight savings time.
Flag Generally 3 days a week, lasting 1½ hours each
Minors / Juniors / Seniors Generally 4-5 days a week, lasting about 1½ - 2 hours each
Teams and Weight Limits to Advance the Ball
Flag No limit Must be at least 5 years of age and not older than 8 before August 1st
Minor 85 pounds Must be at least 8 years of age and not older than 10 before Aug. 1st
Junior 110 pounds Cannot turn 12 before August 1st
Senior 135 pounds Cannot turn 14 before August 1st
Football or Soccer Cleats are acceptable. Please ask your Coach if they have coupons.
The association fee is $10 per child per sport.

If you are interested in Coaching for any of the Jacobs Road Jaguar teams,
you must have a Chesterfield County Backround Check. Pleasego to the Chesterfield County Website and check for the time to get this done. This number is then
provided to the Commissioner of Football.
In the event of inclement weather, there is a crawl at the top of our home page that will let you know if a game or practice has been cancelled due to weather. As football players, there are times where it will be cold and raining. We play in every enviroment except lightening and thunder. The players safety and the safety of others is our main concern. If for any reason you question whether there is practice or not, please
contact your Coach.
