All positions up for election will be voted on at the next meeting on
Monday, December 11, 2023.

Current Director Positions
Anyone is free to run against
Baseball Director - Edd Andrews is seeking re-election
Boys Basketball Director - Les Logan is seeking re-election 
Football Director -  Anne Smith is seeking re-election. 
This will be her last term and will need a new director by 2025.

Director positions are for a 2-year term.
Position responsibilities can be found under the Contact Us tab, bottom of page under By-Laws.

Open Board Positions
Anyone is free to run against
President - 1 Nomination - Martin "Coach Pops" Harrison
Vice President / Athletic Director - 1 Nomination - Jeremy Horn
Treasurer - 1 Nomination - Lisa Sanderson
Secretary - 1 Nomination - Samantha Moseley

The positions of President and Secretary are mid-term elections and are for a 1-year term that will be up for re-election in 2024. The positions of Vice President / Athletic Director and Treasurer positions are for a 2-year term.

Anyone who is interested in running for any of the listed positions, please send an email by NOVEMBER 30, 2023 to [email protected] with the following information:
* Your Name, email, phone number; position you would like to run for; a list of any coaching and/or
parental involvement you have had with any youth organization & any additional information
that you feel makes you a qualified candidate.

All candidates for the Jacobs Road Athletic Association board must have a valid coaches card or be able to obtain one from Chesterfield County Parks & Rec department as soon as possible.

The Jacobs Road AA is always interested in help from those willing and able to donate their time. If you can’t hold a board position but still want to be involved, please reach out and let us know!

2023-2024 JAA Meeting Dates

Below is a list of the JAA meetings for rest of the 2023-2024 school year. 
All meetings are scheduled to be held the second Monday of each month and will be hosted in the cafeteria at Jacobs Road Elementary School. 
Work Session meetings will start at 6:30pm and general meeting at 7:00pm. 
All meetings are open to the public.

* If CCPS closes school for inclement weather, JAA will do it's best to rescheduled that month's meeting. Please check the JAA social media for any last minute updates.
